Duties/Responsibilities
- To scan and archive all financial documents as will be assigned.
- Assist with other clerical duties in the finance unit such as photocopying, printing and filing of documents and relevant correspondence appropriately in Arch folders.
- Exhibit due diligence and orderliness in scanning and archiving all finance documents in the database.
- Ensure confidentiality in handling all financial documents in their possession.
- Ensure appropriate and accurate referencing in the scan documents for archiving.
- Maintain HALG filing system in all financial documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned.
Education and Experience
- BSc/HND in Accounting orΒ relevant field.
- Experience working in a finance department or setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent judgment and discretion in completing assignments, seeking approval as appropriate.
- Good attention to details.
- Excellent use of a computer and Microsoft applications.
